Dealer’s Booths will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis for the duration of the exhibition.

• Cost: ₹20,000/- plus GST.
• Application Deadline: Interested dealers must register their request for a booth online (website to be intimated) by 21^st October, 2025.
• Payment Deadline: Payment must be made online via IMPS/NEFT by 31^st October, 2025.

  • The dealer is responsible for all necessary registrations or permissions (GST, Income Tax, etc.). The Organizing Committee assumes no responsibility in this regard.
  • No refund will be provided in case of cancellation under any circumstances.
  • All applications are subject to the approval of the organizers, and their decision to allot the booth shall be final.
  • Dealers must make their own arrangements for boarding, lodging, and transportation.
